Food, culture, and exploration were not my first path, but they became one I could pursue for life.

 

Being an overly active and creative mind can lead to a lot of uncertainty. Creation is such a broad concept that can be expressed in countless ways around the world through music, theater, painting, and more — all of which I explored for quite some time. Although these experiences filled a void for a while, they never fully satisfied my desire to create and experiment in a way that reflected my personality. I wanted to do more than just make art, I wanted to give others something warm, meaningful, and new.

 

That desire led me to cooking: creating for myself and others, exploring the world, and finding new ways to bring both the unexpected and comfort to people through food.
